The Texas Success Initiative Assessment 2.0 is a series of placement tests for students enrolling in public colleges and universities in Texas. Also, Chester ISD utilizes the mathematics component of TSI 2.0 in 8th grade in order to ensure students get placed in classes that are right for them as to support them educationally. We have an on-site proctor, Mrs. Thompson, who is able to test students in the comfort of Chester ISD! The TSI district test dates are on the district testing calendar. Dual Credit students are tested on an as-needed basis. The TSI2.0 is broken down into three components: Mathematics, English Language Arts, and Writeplacer (essay).
