
Due to new legislation effective September 1, 2025, Chester ISD must provide written notice of and obtain consent for all school based health-related services. Consent forms were sent out to elementary students today and will be sent with high school students tomorrow. These forms MUST be returned by Tuesday, September 2, 2025. If your student does not return the form, or you do not consent, then no assessment or treatment can be given at school by any staff member.
