Due to an electrical outage Chester ISD will delay the start of school until 9:30 A.M. on 8/18/2022. Buses will run 90 minutes later than their regularly scheduled route. Thank you.

Dogwood Queen, Kirby Wright, came to Chester ISD to help staff greet our students this morning at the car rider line! What a great way to start our second week of the school year! Thank you Miss Wright!
It is our honor to announce that Chester ISD has been recognized as a B district. We scored an 89 out of 100 as a district. In 2019, the last time schools were ranked, Chester ISD was ranked as a C district. This just shows how much work and effort was put forth by each staff member and student during the pandemic. It is a great day to be a Chester Yellowjacket!
The girls had a great day today! 3-0!! They fought hard the entire time and we can’t wait to get back at it tomorrow at 2! And off the court, they also made sure to take care of business!
